Price and terms
What it costs
New-build prices are quoted excluding VAT. On top of the price you pay 10% VAT plus notary, land registry and stamp duty, roughly another 1.5%.
Every amount you pay before handover is held in a dedicated account and bank-guaranteed, as required by Spanish Law 38/1999 on Building Regulations.

A reservation of 5% of the final price secures your home.

At signing15%, up to 20%
The remaining 15% until reaching 20%.

Six months after delivering that 20%, another 20% is paid.
